However, should you not be completely satisfied with your order we must be notified within 24 hours so a replacement can be arranged, it is critical that we are advised in this period as we are dealing in perishable products, we do not accept liability for a wrong delivery address due to customer error. We endeavour to make all arrangements true to picture, although due to seasonal changes from time to time we may need to substitute a type of flower for something similar to maintain the Value and look of the arrangement.
With chocolates and gifts, we aim to supply as close as possible to what is shown on the website. This may vary on occasion due to availability, in which case equivalent or better value will always be given.
If there are cultural sensitivities regarding the colour of flowers, or the type of flowers, please let us know in the comments with your order.
An order may be cancelled, and a refund issued up until the time and order has been prepared and dispatched for delivery on the courier.
Ilam Florist takes no responsibility for deliveries made due to customer error and incorrect address details, and redirection may incur added delivery fee, we will not refund in this situation.
Should a situation arise where a refund is deemed necessary it will be as follows, orders that are placed using a credit card will be refunded to the credit card which the purchase was made from, bank deposits refunded to same account and where cash has been paid a voucher for the same amount will be issued. No refunds will be issued if we are not advised of an issue within the 24 hour period after delivery due to the perishable nature of the product.

No information of any customers credit cards are held either on our system or manually, transactions are completed immediately and any details destroyed.
